We’re confident you’ll love your VacPaq.
That’s why we encourage you to use it for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits before considering a return.

If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days — and within 60 days of delivery — you can request a refund.
Refunds apply to the product cost only; shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please include your Order Number or the email address used at checkout to help us locate your order faster.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at the contact page with clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your case and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note:

  • Minor dents or marks on outer packaging are not considered product damage.

  • VacPaq does not refund or replace items damaged by normal wear, misuse, or accidents.


Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

If canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at the contact page.
